Final Outcome

 

This is the final image of the old age sculpt of my face. I am quite pleased with the outcome as it looks very similar to my close relatives at the target age with my features and habitual strains showing on the face. I also feel that the application of sculpting techniques is successful, the face looks as realistic as I can make it with my knowledge and practise on sculpting. Overall I think that it looks very realistic and is successful for the first old age, realistic sculpt that I have created. I also think that it reflects how my grandmother has aged, we are of similar body type and have similar lifestyles thus making us a very close match and therefore a good reference for the sculpt. I cannot understate how much the reference material has helped me to create this sculpt, it has been a crucial element in the design. I am very pleased I conducted as much research as I have in order to inform my decisions wisely.
